What we are learning in Miss Kelly's Class

WEEKLY SPELLING:

Monday-Spelling Pretest/Spelling Words 3x each
Tuesday-ABC Order/Rainbow order
Wednesday-Write a sentence for each spelling word.
Thursday-Take a practice spelling test.
Friday-Take a Spelling Test

Math: Small Group and Whole group activities:
Each student is assigned their own Math activities in their workbooks as well as on IXL.com (each activity will have a YELLOW star next to it)
Calculators, number lines and counters are allowed to be used.
Usernames and Passwords are in each homework folder.

Language Arts: Book Club Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. 


Reading Log: Read for 20 minutes each day a book of your choice.

Raz-Kids: Each student is assigned readings with reading comprehension at the end. 


Social Studies: National Parks mini research brochure project.


Science: Solar System research project.
